Easy Livin'

One of the perks about being back home is that it feels like spring in the winter time. It has been so sunny and beautiful lately that I've been trying to get out as much as possible. If your winter weather is as light as California's has been go for a hike...and suit up for a picnic!

Home-made croutons, cucumber, tomato, olive oil, fresh mozzarella, and a dash of salt and pepper. OH IT IS LOVE!
