I thought this sandwich was blog worthy in that it was toasted to perfected via waffle iron. It gives it a little somethin' special don't you think?

I've been wishing I still had a sandwich maker...just easier when you forget to watch it. We tossed ours b/c the bread never fits, its always too big. I have never thought to use my waffle maker! Brilliant!
